How Delivery and Pickup Work
Before Delivery
We confirm the address, preferred delivery date, unit type, ground conditions, and where the unit should sit. Photos help, especially for cottages, rural properties, narrow driveways, and job sites with active equipment.

After Delivery
Load the unit on your schedule and keep it for the agreed rental term. When you are finished, call Timberfell for pickup. If your project changes, ask about extending the rental or relocating the unit when site conditions allow.
