    Seats up to 120 spectators within a 28′ × 14′ footprint. Best for school events, community gatherings, smaller tournaments, and sites where space is limited but elevated viewing is still needed.

    Seats up to 300 guests and requires roughly 46′ × 20′ of space. Includes guardrails and center aisle access — ideal for festivals, parades, and higher-capacity events where controlled entry/exit matters.

Common Questions About Bleacher Sizes & Setup

  • Start with expected attendance and the space you have available. The 7-row fits tighter sites and smaller crowds (up to 120). The 10-row is best for higher attendance (up to 300) and needs more footprint for safe access and circulation.

  • You’ll need enough room for the bleacher footprint plus clearance for safe entry/exit and crew access during installation. If your site is tight, we can review photos or do a quick site check to confirm fit.

  • Yes. Grass, gravel, and pavement can all work as long as the area is mostly level and firm. Our crew levels and secures the sections on-site and adjusts anchoring based on terrain.

  • Yes — the Timberfell crew handles transportation, installation, inspection, and teardown. You don’t need to supply equipment or labor for setup.

  • For summer events, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Larger city events and popular weekends can fill earlier, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

  • Yes. Our larger configuration includes guardrails and a center aisle designed for safer movement at higher-capacity events. We’ll recommend the best option based on crowd size and event type.

  • They’re commonly used for festivals, parades, tournaments, school events, community concerts, fairs, and corporate gatherings — anywhere you need elevated viewing and organized seating.

  • We generally need about 50 ft of access for delivery and positioning. If you have gates, tight turns, or downtown constraints, tell us ahead of time and we’ll plan the approach.
