What you need to know
Our crew handles transport, installation, inspection and teardown. You just need a spot that works.
- About 50 ft of truck access and a mostly level surface (grass, pavement or gravel)
- Minimum one-day rental; multi-day and weekend rates available
- Setup and teardown fully handled by our crew
- Book at least 2 weeks ahead in summer

Bleacher size and setup questions
How do I choose between 7-row and 10-row?
Start with expected attendance and space. The 7-row fits tighter sites and crowds up to 120; the 10-row suits bigger crowds up to 300 and needs more room.
How much space do I need around them?
The footprint plus clearance for safe entry, exit and crew access. If your site is tight, send photos and we will confirm the fit.
Can bleachers go on grass or gravel?
Yes, as long as it is mostly level and firm. We level, secure and anchor to suit the terrain.
Is there a minimum rental?
One day. Multi-day, weekend and longer rentals are available.
