1. Service Scope
Timberfell provides driveway-safe waste-bin rentals, certified bleacher installations, and insured tree-care services throughout the Kawartha Lakes region. Each quote outlines the work to be performed, the expected timeline, and the equipment our team will provide on-site.
- Waste bins include delivery, pick-up, and responsible disposal at licensed facilities.
- Bleacher rentals cover transport, installation, inspection, and removal.
- Tree-care services are completed by WSIB-covered arborists following ISA best practices.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once we receive written approval (e-mail is fine) and a 25% deposit for projects over $2,000. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cheque, or credit card (3% processing fee applies).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand weather and event logistics can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service window to avoid fees.
- Waste-bin cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a $150 dispatch fee.
- Bleacher events cancelled within five days are billed for mobilization costs already incurred.
- Tree-care visits can be rescheduled once at no charge; additional changes may include a crew standby fee.
4. Site Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear site access, accurate ground conditions, and compliance with municipal permits. Timberfell may refuse or pause work if conditions are unsafe, in which case additional return visits are billable.
5. Liability & Insurance
Timberfell carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage for every crew member. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, third-party contractors, or circumstances outside our control. Any claims must be reported in writing within seven days of service completion.
